行业通用口径：优质磷酸铁锂体系的完整充放循环寿命以数千次计，按每天一个循环的家用节奏折算，大致对应 10 年上下才衰减到标称容量的 80%。但"能用多久"从来不是一个电芯参数，而是四个变量的乘积：放电深度（天天放空 vs 留有余量）、工作温度（高温是寿命头号杀手）、循环频率、以及 BMS 的保护策略是否真正完整。The industry rule of thumb: a quality LiFePO4 system is rated for several thousand full cycles, which under typical once-a-day home duty works out to roughly a decade of service before capacity fades to about 80% of its rating. But lifespan is never one cell spec — it is the product of four variables: depth of discharge (running flat every day vs keeping headroom), operating temperature (heat is the number-one killer), cycling frequency, and whether the BMS protection strategy is genuinely complete.
