1. 为什么 LiFePO4 仍需保养1. Why LiFePO4 Still Needs Care
相比铅酸，LiFePO4 没有硫化、几乎不需补水，维护量小很多。但它的弱点是：长期满充、长期亏电、高温快充都会悄悄加速容量衰减。保养的核心，是把这几件事挡在门外。Versus lead-acid, LiFePO4 has no sulfation and barely needs watering — far less upkeep. Its weak points: prolonged full charge, deep discharge, and high-temperature fast charging all quietly accelerate capacity loss. Care is mainly about keeping those at bay.
2. SOC 区间：影响寿命的第一因素2. SOC Window: The #1 Lifespan Factor
日常使用尽量保持在约 20%–80% 之间。长期存放留在 50%–60% 最稳。避免长期 100% 满充——部分充电老化更慢。满充适合"出发/用电前"，不是长期状态。Keep daily use roughly between 20% and 80%. For long-term storage, leave it around 50%–60%. Avoid parking at 100% for long stretches — partial charge ages cells slower. Full charge is for "just before use", not a resting state.
3. 温度：充放电的上下限3. Temperature: Charge / Discharge Limits
充电最怕低温（0°C 以下锂电禁止充电，有析锂风险）与高温（>45°C 应降功率）。放电窗口更宽，但长期 >50°C 环境会伤寿命。安装位置优先选阴凉、通风、免于直晒处。Charging hates cold (below 0°C lithium charging is forbidden — lithium plating risk) and heat (above ~45°C should derate). Discharge window is wider, but sustained >50°C shortens life. Mount in shade, ventilation, out of direct sun.

4. 端子、扭矩与清洁4. Terminals, Torque & Cleaning
每季检查端子扭矩与线缆外观，防止松动发热；发现白色粉状腐蚀及时用干布清理、涂薄层凡士林防氧化。不要用水冲电池仓。BMS 通信线（CAN/RS485）接头也要查紧固。Quarterly, check terminal torque and cable condition to prevent loose-contact heating; wipe white powdery corrosion with a dry cloth and apply a thin petroleum-jelly film to slow oxidation. Never hose down the battery bay. Also seat the BMS comms (CAN/RS485) connectors firmly.
5. 存储与长期停用5. Storage & Long Downtime
停用超过一个月：充到 50%–60% 后断开负载，存于干燥阴凉处；每 3 个月补电一次，防止自放电到低电压保护。长期亏电是 LiFePO4 最易"假死"的原因。Idle over a month: charge to 50%–60%, disconnect load, store dry and cool; top up every 3 months to avoid self-discharge tripping low-voltage protection. Prolonged deep discharge is the most common way a LiFePO4 "bricks" itself.
6. BMS 与监控6. BMS & Monitoring
用 BMS App 每月看一次单体电压均衡与 SOC。异常跳变、某串长期偏高/偏低，往往是连接或电芯问题，应早排查。绿岭 Lulin 全系带通信协议，可对接主流逆变器。Monthly, read cell balance and SOC from the BMS app. Sudden jumps or one string persistently high/low usually signal a connection or cell issue — check early.
